By downloading, installing, or using SnapGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

SnapGuard is an anti-theft mobile security application designed to protect your device. It provides features such as capturing photos, recording audio/video, and tracking GPS locations when unauthorized access attempts are detected on your device.

2. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is our priority. SnapGuard operates under a strict privacy framework:

Data Storage: All photos, videos, and GPS logs captured by the app are sent directly to your configured email address or stored locally on your device.
No Third-Party Access: We do not store, process, or have access to the media or location data captured by your device.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using SnapGuard, you agree that:

Ownership: You will only install and use SnapGuard on devices that you own or have explicit legal permission to monitor.
Lawful Use: You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, particularly those regarding privacy, wiretapping, and surveillance.
Prohibited Activities: You must not use SnapGuard for stalking, harassing, spying on individuals without their consent, or any other malicious or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately if we discover that you are using SnapGuard for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

SnapGuard offers a Premium (PRO) version with advanced security features.

Billing: If you choose to upgrade, you agree to pay the fees associated with the Premium subscription.
Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions may auto-renew depending on your payment provider (e.g., Google Play Store). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective platform's subscription management page.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled strictly in accordance with the policies of the platform where the purchase was made (e.g., Google Play).

5. Device Administrator Permissions

To function effectively, SnapGuard requires specific Android Device Administrator permissions (such as monitoring screen unlock attempts and forcing screen locks).

You grant the app these permissions voluntarily.
You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device's settings, though doing so may disable core anti-theft functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SNAPGUARD IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP. While SnapGuard is built to enhance your device's security, we do not guarantee that the app will prevent device theft or guarantee the recovery of a lost or stolen device.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPGUARD AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE THEFT, OR PRIVACY VIOLATIONS RESULTING FROM YOUR MISUSE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page or by providing a notice within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
